Sixth formal Notice to the North East News Gleaner. STOP
littering of my Residential Property.
Cartoon
attached.
Dear Ms. Leicht:
If anything, you are a persistent type executive. I returned to my home
in the first week in January 2007, and voila …your soggy publication was
on the job, squarely clogging my driveway drain. There is little doubt
you alerted our criminal element of my short holiday absence.
Recall: I pleaded with you in a
letter on July 6, 2006, to knock off the dumping of your product on my
property. I indicated my fear that your litterbug activities directed to
my home enhances the possibility of home invasion or murder in our
over-the-top homicide-ridden city. I detailed in my letter to you, my home
address, and several means to contact me. All this effort to no avail.
(Note: My Web site
DJG1.com details the Northeast News Gleaner’s long
inglorious history of directing their unwanted litter on my residential
property.
DJG1.com, which is not primarily a crusading website, suggests
at some length, the nexus of corporate littering habits to crime in the
city of Philadelphia.)
Clearly, you are a confident woman, and not inclined to curtail your
litterbug distribution system. Let me buoy your confidence further. In
all events, you will probably never suffer any criminal liability for the
tons and tons and tons and tons of litter your corporation dumps on our
city. A uniformed police officer visited my residential home, and alas,
personally indicated to me that the
Philadelphia Police Department would not enforce a perfected littering
complaint against your type of littering machine. I do not have to
assure you that other Philadelphia news organizations, (under I assume,
the
Philadelphia-press code of Omerta), and
weak-kneed politicos will not dare criticize your littering operation
flourishing in our city. I mean who ever heard of the slogan
“Save a life…Just say no to
Corporate litter in Philadelphia?”
While over the years, your littering machine has been representative of
the worst form of aggressive, arrogant, in your face personal harassment:
I nevertheless am attaching a cartoon and a couple of pictures of the News
Gleaner in action, (out of hundreds), for your rollicking amusement. I
will share the simple child's
cartoon and the
News Gleaner action pictures, with other members of our community. The
community sharing, in this year of 2007, might contribute to some common
understandings about why Philadelphia owns the moniker 'Filthadelphia'.
In all events, my family and I wish you and your family a happy,
successful, safe and litter free New Year.
Sincerely,
Dennis J.
Gesker
