Why is Philadelphia more properly known as Filthadelphia, Pennsylvania USA ?

One Answer: Filthadelphia has no ordinance that simply stops corporations, or their executives, or their boards of directors, from randomly littering residential property with their unsolicited crap!

 FACT: In the City without shame; Corporate Newspapers and Corporate Advertisements are routinely dumped on public sidewalks, streets,  gutters and private lawns and driveways without the resident's permission.  Philadelphia is wide open range land for the corporate dumping community. No criminal ordinance exist  to stop corporate Philadelphia Pennsylvania litterbugs.  Corporations in Philadelphia have free reign to engage in advertising blitzes often disguised as newspapers (which they cannot profitably sell.)
