THINK MURDER.....In Cold Blood. I have
practiced law in Philadelphia for over a ¼ of a century. I have also

weekly basis are of

politically connected dumpers,) are grist for crime. The litter suggest to

dumb ones - do not get it right and violence is likely to ensue). This

Philadelphia News Media makes much hue and cry about guns, but does not recognize that most residential homeowners own guns because of credible fear of Home Invasions. The Philadelphia Police Department has refused to act on a littering complaint regarding corporate litter dumped on a private residential property in Northeast Philadelphia. The Police will come to your home if you dare file such a complaint. Philadelphia Police do not keep statistics on Home Invasions inspired by Philadelphia Silver fishes. DJG
