Attention: News Gleaner.

NOTICE: Refrain from depositing your newspaper on my property and residence located at ****  ***** Street Philadelphia Pa 19111.

Your corporate practice of leaving your unsolicited commercial product on my property is a continuing and burdensome source of unnecessary litter, particularly when your mess lays as a slimy and saturated potential ‘slip and fall’ situation on my sidewalk on rainy and snowy days. Be further assured that your uninvited and unremitting practice of depositing litter gives potential notice to the criminal element that I am not at home during the periods of my absences when your paper is tossed onto my sidewalk, lawn, and driveway or into my gutter depending on where your agents deem to deposit your advertising product. Be assured your practice suffers as a callous aggravation, is unwarranted, and represents a strictly abusive assault to this writer and his wife’s right to personal peace, tranquility, and safety and to our general desire to enjoy property in an unfettered manner.

Your intolerable, unseemly, intentional, unsightly and arrogant corporate activities cause my wife and I unnecessary grief, diminishes our quality of life, and puts selves and visitors in harms way and makes our home unnecessarily vulnerable to home burglary or worse. (e.g. homes directly across the street have been burglarized and a mother and daughter were sexually assaulted in a home one block over.)

Therefore, for the above reasons, and in call to common decency and under recognition of all legal or equitable rights as appropriate, cease and desist placing, dropping or flinging any of your corporation’s product(s) on the privately owned aforementioned residential property.

Sincerely,
D` J . Gesker~
