Why is Philadelphia more properly known as Filthadelphia, Pennsylvania USA ?

One Answer: Filthadelphia has no ordinance that simply stops corporations from randomly littering residential property!

 Corporate Newspapers and Corporate Advertisements are routinely dumped on sidewalks, streets, driveways,  gutters and lawns without the resident's permission. February 10, 2005  djg1.com

No criminal ordinance exist  to stop these Philadelphia Pennsylvania litterbugs.
