Dear Publisher Leicht:
Your company, if anything, is doggedly insistent on dumping its
litter on my private residential property. Please consider placing a
soaked News Gleaner, of a type lifted from my driveway, this day,
and place the muck on your driveway, on a night, or worse, a week when you
will not be at home. Perform this bit of treachery on a rainy night when
members of your family are otherwise snuggled sweetly in dreamland. Do
not follow this sick, sick, course of madness, certainly not on a weekly
basis, if you feel you may chance exposure of your home to opportunistic
crimes by virtue of the tell tale mess. In all events, this writer does
not want his family exposed, even in the slightest, to the unnecessary
chance of murder in
COLD BLOOD in
our over-the-top homicide-ridden city, because some publisher, reduced to
being a litterbug, I assume, because she cannot manage to profitably sell
newspapers in the market place.
I understand that Philadelphia is never going to have a ‘Just say no to
litter’ policy…hence the moniker Filthadelphia. Philadelphia’s
politicos are never going to risk not having their mugs featured in
your litter. Nevertheless, at this point, I reiterate my demand, now for
the fifth time, by letter, that the News Gleaner cease the
malignant, reckless harassments and endangerments directed toward the
welfare of my family and myself.
If in your opinion this correspondence suffers from the slightest
misstatement, please do not hesitate to inform me directly.
Sincerely,
D`
J . Gesker~
